Colombian represents Latin-America at Singapore: World Federation of Orchestras - General Assembly 2
Maestro Barbosa-Vásquez will be special guest lecturer at the Annual General Assembly of the European Organization that will held its Annual Meeting of 2019 at Singapore.

Due to the outstanding Artistic Development that the Operas and Orchestras organizations have been enjoyed under maestro Barbosa-Vásquez baton, from March 15th to 17th 2019, the Colombian maestro was specially invited to present a paper called “Artistic Models to Develop Orchestras and Opera Companies”. There, his task will be share the strategies that Orchestras and Opera companies can implement to develop its organization from the artistic and music point of view with a local, regional and international perspective. His experiences leading Orchestras and Opera Companies at Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, Belgium, Italy and USA in both coast; will be part of his academic analysis presented in the paper.
