Cancellation Policy

Basics: - The Assessment session, and the Selection of Repertoire session are 20 min each one. These sessions are programmed one after the other as one single session and MUST be programmed in the first week to start the program (in addition to the first coaching session if the student wants to be ready in one month). - The Mock Audition session is a 10 - 15 min audition model (with 1 or more judges depending on the specific student needs), followed by a 10 - 25 feedback session from the judge(s). MUST be programmed in the last weeks and before the plan expires. - The preparation program is a 1, 2, or 3 coaching session per week+ Assessment, Rep Selection, and Mock Auditions Sessions (depending on the plan). If you missed one of your sessions, even that the website will allow you to book another one in the week, it will be cancelled as you are buying only a fixed number sessions per week and there is not cancelation (see bellow). - This audition preparation plan is personal and cannot be used or transferred to another person. Scheduling and Classes: - Maestro Barbosa-Vasquez's team will release available weekly sessions based on his schedule. Students are responsible for booking their own sessions; failure to book will result in a forfeited session, with no rescheduling by the studio. - Session changes after booking are allowed only with written consent from both the student and Maestro, arranged through barbosa.vasquez@gmail.com. - Due to Maestro’s international commitments, last-minute schedule changes may be necessary, and students agree to be flexible to maintain weekly progress. - Sessions are 45 minutes, with punctuality required; any student tardiness will reduce session time accordingly. The studio primarily offers online sessions for consistency, but in-person sessions are available in Los Angeles, Bloomington, Bogotá, Bursa, and Bodrum as per the yearly schedule. Cancellation and Refund Policy: - Plans and sessions are non-cancelable and non-refundable; please commit fully before purchasing and booking. The studio reserves the right to decline any participant in the Elite Auditions program due to last-minute scheduling conflicts, in which case fees will be refunded.
